Shipping around Australia will be a flat rate of $8 and $12 for express. All orders over $75 the shipping will be free.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an email/phone notification when your order has shipped.
Parcels should arrive on time but please be mindful that any disruptions and delays through Australia Post are out of our control.
Our parcels are compostable – we like to keep things as sustainable and low waste as possible.
Local pick up/drop off
If you live in Ashburton, 3147 your postage/delivery fees will be free. Please use "ASHBURTON" at the checkout to redeem.
Alternatively you can collect your parcel at a local Market we will be at to skip the shipping costs. Please see updates on our instagram and website for new markets near you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/phone notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please contact us if you didn't receive a tracking/confirmation.
If you haven’t received your order within 72 hours of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@wrapptmelbourne.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.

Do not bleach items.
Hang to dry recommended in the shade with partial sun, an iron is also recommended to keep it looking fresh, store in drawstring bag.
